I do believe that people at any age have a potential to change. If change is eminent, change yourself for good. Many of us have a will power to change for positive but do not know how to start. Our daily routines might deplete our energy and cost time and resource to feel and act awesome. This is due to the fact that unless you let go negative thoughts first, you cannot pursuit happiness, social network, love and peace of mind.  Negative thoughts are the main source of stress, psychosis, resentment, stereotype and discrimination, and most importantly lack of health and peace of mind. Besides, negative thoughts drain your brain, energy and keep you from being now that result in pain. That is what a single negative thought can turn into: a huge, speeding ball of distress. On the contrary, a small positive thought can have the same effect blossoming into a beautiful outcome. Here under are points that will help us to let go negative thoughts.

Mind exercises like meditation and yoga will help you in many ways to calm down your mind and relax the body. Deep breathing techniques of meditation and yoga can easily foster to get rid of negativity from the brain and body as a means of catharsis.

Our daily life is defined by the time and energy we invest. If you are surrounded with positive thinker people, you also become positive thinker. Cut social bonds that trigger you to remain in negativity like spider nets.

Live now and be a person of gratitude whatever life & situation you are in. The more you stay positive (strength + weakness), the more you start to count your endless blessing that life will offer you. Let the situations help you write your life dairy than external environment does on you.

Place positive books or post quotes that can be easily visible when you are trapped with negativity.
